LinkElm provides websites, software products, project branches, and related services. Some offerings remain in private preview and are not available for public purchase or registration.
Using the website
You may browse public pages and submit information through the contact and launch-list forms for their stated purposes. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use LinkElm services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
BearCat Full Version
LinkElm will sell BearCat Full Version for a one-time price of $19 USD. The purchase permits one owner-controlled production installation and one staging or test installation. The buyer may perpetually use the last entitled release and may transfer the two installation slots between installations they control.
Updates, delivery, and recovery
Releases published during the first 12 months after purchase are included; no particular feature or release schedule is promised. LinkElm provides continuing recovery access to the buyer's last entitled download. Individual secure links may expire and be reissued after order verification.
Support and exclusions
The purchase includes 60 days of reasonable installation, activation, and configuration assistance, plus ongoing purchase, download, and unlock recovery. It does not include hosting or domain administration, custom development, database repair, tax or legal advice, Stripe account management, or support for the buyer's customers.
Permitted use
The production installation may operate a BearCat service using the installation owner's own Stripe account. Redistribution, resale of BearCat itself, white-label relicensing, and installations for unrelated third parties are not permitted. Hosting, domain, Stripe, and other third-party charges are separate.
Availability and changes
Preview features may change or be discontinued. Paid-product rights will be governed by the terms presented for that product at purchase and applicable law.
