Eligibility
A BearCat Full Version buyer may request a refund within 30 calendar days after purchase. Send the request through the LinkElm contact page using the purchase email and include the LinkElm order number.
Effect of a refund
A refund ends Full Version usage, future download, activation, update, and support rights. LinkElm will stop issuing normal download and unlock recovery for the refunded order. BearCat will not remotely destroy the buyer's data.
Separate charges
Hosting, domains, Stripe fees, and other third-party charges are not LinkElm BearCat charges and are not refundable by LinkElm. A BearCat installation owner's separate customer or storage billing is outside this policy.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank and card-network posting times may vary after LinkElm submits the refund.
